At Tenacity, we have both male and female personal trainers who are certified by nationally recognized organizations like NASM and ACE.

Personal training is a great way to get started on your fitness journey. Instead of figuring out everything on your own, you will make sure that your efforts are immediately effective.

What Does Personal Training Look Like?

At your first session your personal trainer will go over your goals and evaluate your current fitness level. From there, your trainer will develop a customized workout plan designed to help you reach your goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

People use personal trainers in different ways. The most common reasons to use a personal trainer:

  • You want encouragement and motivation
  • You want a workout program that guarantees results
  • You want guidance on nutrition and healthy eating
  • You want to be shown proper form to avoid injury

Some customers meet with a personal trainer only one or two times to get set on the right path, and then occasionally touch base (every couple months) for a new workout program. Others meet weekly for guidance and encouragement.

Our current personal trainers are Jon Haskew and Megan Sparacio.

Personal training rates start at $40 per hour. Trainers are willing to schedule 30 minute sessions for $25 per session
